Simple Easy Snacking Tips

• Aim to eat a piece of fruit or a vegetable at each meal. Give yourself bonus points for eating both!

• Pre-wash and cut your produce and then place it at the front of a refrigerator shelf, ideally one that’s at eye-level. This way you can easily grab a healthy snack when you’re hungry. If you’re on the go, pack some fruits or veggies in plastic baggies or containers to take with you.
