OK everybody! I just thought it would be a good idea to start keeping track of the results that we're getting to keep us motivated.

I'm still a bit under the weather this morning... I got a cold last week but have managed to keep working out regardless of how I feel (and also to continue watching what I eat).

So here's my first result: This morning, I noticed that my belly had shrunk a little... to my surprise my jeans fit a little loser! YAAY! I haven't weighed myself and probably won't until this weekend.

I have noticed that my butt if firmer and that my belly is flatter. My eating has not been that good though - that's my biggest down fall.

I know it's not easy to focus on eating healthy! Let me know if there is something I can support you with... maybe give you some ideas on what to do, or what to snack on :)

I'm into week 3. My eating has not been the best either I am sorry to say. However, my weight has stayed the same but I have a big difference in my measurements! 4" from my waist and 1 1/2" from my hips! I could not believe it! Now to get my butt lifted, arms toned and inner thighs down so they are not starting a friction fire when I walk, I will be a happy camper :)

Hi Denise! One thing to remember (and I might be wrong about this), is that muscle weighs more than fat... so it is possible that you're just creating muscle and maybe that's why your weight hasn't changed, but the results are there!

WOW! Week 3 and you're down 4 inches off your waist? Fantastic! I just made it through my first worlout and I know I can do this plan. I hope I see such amazing results as you have gotten! Keep up the good work and please keep us posted on your progress, it really is motivating to others! I have included a post workout pic, it's amazing how out of shape I am, look at that red face! LoL It has to get better!

Yes, muscle does weigh heavier than fat this is why you're losing inches but not seeing it on the scale. Eventually you will be able to see a difference on the scale too, just give it time and keep up the good work!! :)

Ive had a difficult week as my 3 kids have all been ill with a virus. This is week 2 for me now and my belly feels alot flatter and my waist is definately trimmer. Havent weighed yet. Will do this weekend. Not getting much support from family and friends but am carrying on regardless. My biggest downfall is definately food. I start off so well but sometimes in work or in the evenings cant help reaching for the junk food snacks, especially chocolate! Im just not a big lover of protein.

I am sorry your friends and family are not giving you support. I'm sure when you look fabulous they will all eat their words. Remember I'm a Britt and people think I'm very weird when I visit and go out for a run. People look at me very strange as I run past the local pub, you really have your work cut out for you. Keep your head up high, they're propably only jelous because they don't have the will power to do it.
I'm here for you and I won't let you quit!!

Hi Nicole! I'm so happy to hear that you are getting such great results! I love your determination, I think it's hard already for all of us to try to incorporate exercise into our busy mom lives... with work, kids, spouses, etc. we all can relate. I'm really sorry that you're not getting the support you'd like from your family and friends, and I just want to tell you that I admire you even more for your determination. And I think that since we are in this journey together, we're going to be making some awesome friendships thanks to Tracey (and I'm hoping that all of us can stay friends!), so please include us in your circle of friends and remember that we're all here to support each other! :)
