Just wondering if anyone out there has fibro like I do. I have a hard time working out sometimes and was wondering if you have any tips on workouts that are beneficial for this?

Hi, I have not been diagnosed with that, but wondering if I have it.. I have been so sore for about a year, and when I started to work out, my goodness I thought I was gonna die.. my joints and muscles were so fatigued.. I'd love some feedback Brenda.. hope you hear something to do, because I don't want that to stop me.. I was putting some topical gel on the most hurtful places, it helped some, but only a short term and not long lasting reprive.. Thanks.. Pamela

Pilates is wonderful due to the gentle stretches and core conditioning. Also, swimming is a wonderful alternative for cardio.
