does anyone know of a healthy shake that is affordable? alot of times i need something quick or i just am hungry and don't feel like eating. i love the shake idea. i used to drink the very unhealthy slim fast cuz it was quick and satisfying. any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

Why don't you make up a smoothies with fruit, whey protein and low fat milk? If you don't have time try Lara Bars they're made of whole foods and really fill you up on the go. You can buy them at most grocery stores now and even costco.

i was going to start doing that. i used to drink a smoothie everyday with soymilk, peanut butter, banana and protein powder. i loved them and they did fill me up. they don't have my protein powder anymore and i can't find a healthy one that still tastes good. i should have asked that in this discussion...protein powder. i don't like the fruit with protein powder but we make our own "jamba's" but they don't fill me uop for that long. thanks!

Misty, check out the protein shakes from Arbonne, they are easy to make as you can really use many different receipes. They have an innerGPlex formula, and all natural plant proteins. Pea Protein, Cranberry Protein, Rice Protein, flaxseed, Q10, stevia, alphalopoic acid, ect. They are a highly nutrious vegetable protein. They are super filling, I actually only use 1/2 of it in mine, because I get so full for too long. I have been using Tracey's berry smoothie receipe and soy milk and the arbonne shake.
