I'm an apple shape and wondering if someone can help me combine both quick blasts for my body type. I don't have the book so I'm sorry if this is addressed in there. Here is what I have put together any comments would be very helpful and appreciated.
Monday - TBB A,B,C and Abs
Tuesday - LBB A,B and UBB A,B and Abs on Ball
Wednesday - MBB A,B,C
Thursday TBB A,B,C and Abs
Friday LBB B,C and UBB C,D
Saturday MBB A,B,C
I also walk 3-5 days a week 2.5 miles on the treadmill
