Make Your Fitness Story A Success Story

I'm an apple shape and wondering if someone can help me combine both quick blasts for my body type. I don't have the book so I'm sorry if this is addressed in there. Here is what I have put together any comments would be very helpful and appreciated.

Monday - TBB A,B,C and Abs
Tuesday - LBB A,B and UBB A,B and Abs on Ball
Wednesday - MBB A,B,C
Thursday TBB A,B,C and Abs
Friday LBB B,C and UBB C,D
Saturday MBB A,B,C

I also walk 3-5 days a week 2.5 miles on the treadmill

i got the book on ebay brand new for $5. you should check it out. hope this helps! misty

thanks Misty - i guess i should have also added that i wanted to work out for 24-30 minutes without warm up or cool down and that is why i added extra each day. so i should be okay since i follow this but add some each day. $5 wow i'll have to check into that. thanks again.

The book also recommends adding intervals to your cardio workout. So when you walk on the treadmill, you can add some 30 seconds running spurts.
