Hi, I am interested in your programme after reading a magazine article which featured your plan (ZEST) However your book isnt available in the UK until end of jan and there isnt a release date for the dvds, so I have ordered your dvd from USA amazon but it will take up to 2 weeks to arrive and im eager to start!!
The magazine article gave me a starting point but only listed the portions for a very small amount of foods so its a bit restrictive. Does the dvd have food advise or would you recommend I buy the book also? Thanks very much Sarah

The whole program works best togther when you have the book and videos. The ZEST feature was really just a sample of the diet plan, the book explains everything. The diet plan is really not too restrictive as its 1500 calories but may seem it if you are used to eating larger portions. The book should be in stores this month in the UK, unfortunately with all the problems with retail in the UK the company who were supposed to be distributing my videos went in to administration and now I'm hopeful to find a new partner for my videos. Hi thanks very much, im going to buy the book as soon as I can, I want to lose about 14lbs im quite active already and run 2-3 times per week for about 30-40 mins (slowly) but im finding it difficult to get motivated in the cold dark evenings so a dvd would be great to do before and after work at home, I hope it arrives soon!
Until I can get the book im following the diet advise outlined in ZEST , its not the size of the portions or amount of food but the list of food was small, basically im eating quite plain foods like grilled chicken or fish, veg , salad and baked potaotes or wholemeal bread which is nice but id like some more variety i suppose things like healthy sauces or dressings, does the book have recipes in to make the food a bit more exciting as I enjoy cooking?

Yes, there are lots of recipes and a bigger lists of foods for you.
