The DVD's are sold seperately. The 6 Minute QuickBlast Calorie Blast and Fat Burner both go with the book SEXY in 6. My new book which will be out in August will also come with three new videos but they will also be sold seperately.

There was a DVD included with my copy. It had a few workouts from the 6 Minute QuickBlast DVDs.
