I am excited to joing this group and I am also new to this site. I have a 4 month old and a 2 1/2 year old, both boys. I love my boys, but have had a hard time loosing the pregnancy weight from my second child (4 month old). My husband has been a wonderful support as well as a workout partner but this doesn't take away the stress of no time to work out, specially finding time for both of us to without taking away from our family time.

Im abit late joining the group but im quite new on the web site. My lil boy is 16 months, and for them 12-13 months iv been trying to diet, iv used exercise eqiptment, and even stumach sauners that apparently loose you intches after the 1st go! But it was only when i started Tracy's Quick body blast and tummy toner on gmtv website that i started to loose weight which encouraged me to buy tracy's Sexy in 6 dvd. Its great!!

I am officially ready to join the 'Body after Baby Challenge' after having given birth to my 2nd son last month. I am looking to maximize the time I have off from work to bond with both boys, and get back in shape. Please offer up your advice and/or words of encouragement, as I know this will be tough at times. You're all an inspiration. : )

Having a baby is the best thing to ever happen to a woman. I love my children but I didn't like being out of shape. It would be so wonderful if our bodies could just whip back into shape right away and then we could focus on having fun with our kids instead of getting back into our PRE baby clothes. This is my 2nd child and thankfully I didn't gain AS much as the first. The first I gained about 55 pounds and with the second only about 45. ONLY I say....but WOW that's a lot of weight. So I lost about 35 of the pounds simply chasing kids, no sleep, breastfeeding and of course working full-time - but I referred to myself as Flabby Flo. I hated my abs and oblique. I lacked confidence, none of my clothes fit, I was out of shape and feeling awful about myself.

When I found Tracey's program, I got very excited-this was my chance to lose the weight the healthy way and get back the strength and the energy I SO needed. After the first workout session, I felt energized. I felt stronger and my abs felt they were on their way to being flat again. In the first 4 weeks I lost 5 pounds, which doesn't sound like a lot, but to me that 5 pounds gave me the inspiration to continue on to the last 5 pounds. We're at 8 weeks now and I've lost about 9 pounds and my waist is 2 inches smaller--WOO HOO.... This program has given me the boost I so needed to feel like I did before I had 2 kids...it's inspired me to continue with a goal of just 5 more pounds....

Thanks Tracey!

Just wanted to share a new favorite mid-afternoon, dessert-like snack. You just take an apple; peel, core and thinly slice it and fan it out on a plate, sprinkle generously with cinnamon and then microwave it for approx. 2 minutes. It's so yummy and tastes a little like an apple pie. My kids are loving it too! It fits great with our new food plan :)

Wow Erica! I know you're motivated! I have never really enjoyed exercise and haven't done any exercise since before I was pregnant so I was very out of shape. I started walking on Wednesday and started the videos on Friday (I am switching between the Mind Body B & C and the 10 minute bonus abs on the bootcamp video). I've done the videos every day so far and I'm definitely noticing a difference. I already have so much more energy and I feel stronger and better about my body. I've even had a friend notice that I'm losing weight. My clothes are getting bigger on me. I haven't seen a difference in my weight yet since I officially started the food portion on Monday but I do notice a difference in my body. Thank you Tracey for this program. I feel committed to you to stick to it and it is already motivating me to do it for myself!

I live in Pasadena and would love to do to the Rose Bowl walks in the morning during the weekends if possible. I could always arrange the weekdays but bring all four kids would be a bit of a challange. I don't think anyone would be up for that "baby challenge". Just got back from my workout, very excited and very out of shape...can wait to meet you all. K

I am so looking forward to starting the program.. my downside is that I still have 2 more months b4 I deliver. YIKES!! But I'll keep checking in to see how everyone progresses and get tips so when my turn comes I can hopefully jump on board.
Cheers.!
