HI.. I am glad we have a few members.. anyone suggest how we can be accountable to each other, and what should we post about? I am not great on these blogs, so if someone tells me how we can get our comments to go to all of us that is great..

I started tonight! I was planning on starting tomorrow, but I thought I'd start early and give myself an extra day in case something comes up during the week and I have to miss a day.

My oldest son starts his sophomore year at Penn State tomorrow. He's going to a branch campus and living at home, so we didn't have to move him in or anything.

I'm doing the rotation for pears from the book and I'm going to try to add in an additional 30 minutes of cardio 3 days a week.

How is everyone else doing?

Yesterday was day 2. I was going to add in extra cardio, but I'm more out of shape than I thought. I'm going to just concentrate on getting thru the 3 quick blasts this week and start adding cardio next week. How is everyone else doing?

Hi - I was doing very well in the summer but dropped off in mid-August. My daughter went back to college last Monday and my son started high school. I'm trying to get back in the schedule of exercising and it is hard. I have the total body fat burner DVD and want to do that 5 times a week. I'd like to buy the total body calorie blast and switch between them. I do walk with a friend one night a week.

Pamela you said you were starting to walk. How many times are you walking and doing the blasts? Also, the accountability on Thursday night or Friday morning - how does that work?
