As I was writing my new book "Sexy in 6" we placed 90 women on the challenge. We had such great results not only physically but emotionally in just 6 weeks! Who would believe that you could get in shape in just 6 minute intervals throughout the day? Team Mallett were skeptical but after going through the program it's now changed how they exercise for life. It's not how long you do it but it's how you do it and how consistantly you do it!!

I just finished Super Body Boot Camp Burn It and I feel great! Yesterday I did Total Body Cardio Blast A,B, and C during luch. I did Upper Body Blast A,B,C and D in the evening followed by 40 minute Kudalini Yoga. Def. seeing results so far! I also ordered Renew You Sleek and Lean and Renew you Cardio Fushion and I also ordered Dancefit Retro, as I love dancing!! I am really loving Tracey's DVDs - she has become my favorite instructor. I can't wait to get my new DVDs!

I just finished my first Sexy in 6 workout and as the pics shows (post workout) I am soooo out of shape! Just look at my red face! But I made it through and think I will be able to do this. I was supposed to do Total Body cardio A&B but only did A and Upper Body Blast A. It will take some doing as my muscles around my left knee are almost nonexsistant, but I know I can do this program.

Tracey - In the Slim in 6 book in the bonus cardio bike workout-when you refer to Level 0, Level 1, and Level 2, do you mean the resistance level?

I am new to the "Sexy In 6" plan but am very excited to have found what appears to be a sane, simple way of eating and getting in shape. With a little help and encouragement I'm sure I can drop another 80lbs or so and finally be free of the burden of feeling unfit and overweight!

Its only been a couple of days but already my stomach is looking flatter as ive halved the amount of carbs i normally eat. The calorie blaster is a killer. Ive never felt my muscles ache this much. It really targets my trouble spots. My baby is a little unwell today so just hoping to double up my workout tomorrow.

Congrats on the weight loss Denise - that's awesom! I have been pretty good with my diet, but LOVE sweets and have overindulged more than once! Been good with my workouts. I did Total Body Blast A&B and Ab Blast this evening. Feeling great! I have noticed that my pants are getting a little baggy on me so that's a good sign.

It's been only two weeks. I have not been following the food plan faithfully. I am eating much more healthfully, but the treats are my downfall. I'm just coming off of Easter and my birthday in the same time so there is enough chocolate in this house to open a candy store! However, I put on a pair of pants yesterday that haven't fit in a long time! That made me curious, so I checked my measurements. In two weeks I have lost 3 inches from my waist and 1 1/2 from my hips! That's crazy good! I cannot believe it! My husband can, because he tried the abs on the ball blast and couldn't get through it. He was sore for two days!! Awesome!

I was supposed to be but the PR people were unable to pull it together is a small amount of time. I was sad as I would love to come maybe towards the end of the year. Will let you know!
