Make Your Fitness Story A Success Story

I know for myself it's the hardest me for me to eat. I get bored easily and all the sweet foods are now off limits for the most part. What are your breakfast ideas? How do you keep it simple and tasty? I love new ideas and recipes. I've been brainstorming a few.

I was thinking of making my own egg patties up in advance, like 2-3 and keep them in the fridge. Then I can make a quick breakfast sandwich of a piece of toast, egg patty, piece of cheese, and a piece of meat, nuke it for about 30-45 seconds and bam, quick and easy breakfast.

I'm also trying to do some more fun stuff with breakfast foods, like my own veggie delight omelets and scrambled eggs with veggies, meat, and cheese stuffed in a pita or wrapped in a tortilla.
I'm interested to see what others are eating and what fun stuff you've come up with to eat for breakfast.

I've now made myself sufficiently hungry...dinner's soon, YUM!

I like the Ezekiel sprouted english muffins, which I count as two grains. These are high in fiber and protein and have only good things in them. I've put natural pb (1 protein/1fat) and some no sugar added fruit spread or a banana on them. I've also done smoked turkey and reduced fat cheese, which helps me get a dairy serving in as well. And I've done egg whites and reduced fat cheese. These are great portable breakfasts that I can bring to work and nuke for 30 seconds. I usually make the night before.

I love the egg whites and would like to do veggie omelets, but I've done this for dinner when I have more time to prepare.

I want to make a bunch of breakfasts ahead as well so I think your idea is great. I was also planning to investigate veggie sausage as well.

My husband made us some good omelets tonight. First I made some chicken w/ 1 tsp. minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil, and some onion powder. When the chicken was done I added some chopped fresh broccoli, just long enough to soften then removed from heat. My husband put 2 eggs in a pan for a few seconds then added the 1/2 of the chicken and broccoli mix and then when it was about done add 1/2 of a reduced-fat cheedar cheese stick and 1/2 of a pepper jack cheese stick. It was so delicious.
