I am a stay-at-home mom who is busy with family and church service. I also teach voice lessons privately in my home. I have a 19 month old and am almost 6 months pregnant with my second child! That's great that you are doing so well this pregnancy! Definitely be proud of that--pregnancy can be a hard time to start/continue those habits. At least, it was hard for me! :)
I did have some separation the 1st time I did the finger test--that was about 2 weeks after baby and I was doing the core foundation exercises from the Lose the Belly Flab video. Honestly, I didn't get back to it again until this week and I did not have any separation at that time. I must have just needed time to heal. Did you have this diastasis with your last pregnancy?
Yes, I have tons of kids. Ha! No, it just feels that way. My youngest is my 4th (and last). The oldest are 6 (twins) and there's a 3 year old in there, too. So I stay busy. But I can still find time to be healthy, right? Thanks so much for the encouragement. Seriously, support means a lot! I hope you are feeling well. When are you due?
