Yesterday was my son's 12th birthday, so I wasn't able to fit in any exercise time. So I doubled up today and finished my first week. I saved the total body blasts for the end and I was huffing and puffing, but I made it. I'm feeling stronger already. I was able to use both weights for the wood chops tonight. Earlier in the week, I only used one weight and I was worn out. I'm looking forward to my rest day and starting week 2 on Monday.

I started the Quick Blast method on Sunday. My goal is to become a consistent exerciser and lose some weight. I'm following the workout for pears. I'm planning on adding extra cardio, but for the first week, I just want to concentrate on getting all my QB workouts. Next week, I'll add extra cardio.
I'm really enjoying this! I can't believe how sweaty I can get in 6 minutes. I have to work on my diet, but I feel this is something I can do.
