About Me:
I'm a huge knitter, currently working on one sweater vest and have a sweater up after that. I'm here because I need to lose weight. I bought Tracey's book a while back and I have both of her exercise dvds. I've steadily been increasing in weight and am not at all happy about it. It comes down to basically me being lazy. I can sit for hours at the computer but not get myself to exercise. So that's going to change!

I'm here to make that happen and get myself in shape!!

Ok, so step 1 down!

I'm happy to say that I have read through the book now and am setting up my fitness notebook. Yeah, I'm an organizer. I love it... I think I plan organizing more than I actually organize... sigh... so here is to making this a reality. I have week one almost set up. I've printed my 7 food diaries, I have 3 progress reports, I have a blank page in my awesome PURPLE binder (I love purple)... for the weekly journal entries. Let's start at the very beginning....

Ahh, the faithful singing lyrics of Julie Andrews and the Sound of Music!Well this is where I am. I've been making a tracking log to prepare for this. First step, is to read the book. I've already watched some of the DVD and am excited to get started. I'll be hunting up more of the DVD's as I get the cash to and start doing a full workout!
