Hi Jennifer, it's a DVD. There are 2 DVDs: one is the overall total body fat burner (pink cover), and one is the calorie blast (blue cover). I think the total body blast is part of the blue DVD, but you have to read the back cover to be sure.

I'm always on the go, challenging myself in different ways to keep myself learning and hopefully able to teach in return. I'm an exercise fiend--you'll find me running, biking, hiking, training at the gym. I am also a theatre-nut and will try to do a show or two every year (then see my friends in their shows when not performing). End of Week 4

Wow.. alright I'm doing much better. As always food is challenging, but I managed to keep my sweet tooth in check. I think i had a FAIL one day last week.

I weighed myself this morning and I lost 1.5 pounds. YAY! Again, I'm not looking to lose a lot so just having lost that much makes me happy. End of Week 3

Alright! I'm getting better with the food. Week 2 was a disaster, but week 3 went along so much better. I'm feeling better physically and mentally and I've really been keeping up with my food chart. There were two times last week where I didn't do too well -- those were another night of sleeplessness due to baby -- so I made notes in my chart, which helped me to get back on track.

End of Week 2

This was a TERRIBLE week for me. Exercise-wise I did great! Eating, not so much. I let my emotional eating issues take over due to the problems I had with family and my own body problems. YAY!! I'm actually very disappointed in myself because I was doing so well until last Monday and then everything just started to spiral downhill.

Sexy In 6 -- End of Week 1

Actually, it's the end of week 1 from the official start date, but it's week 2 for me.

I'm starting to feel physical change -- for the better -- which makes me all the more excited to take my measurements next Sunday! This week I did the second "pear" workout (suggested in the book) where I was focusing more on my butt and legs. Apparently I have muscles in that region I never knew existed. Let the Games Begin!

Alright. It's been the end of pre-Sexy in 6 for me. I've done one week's worth of workouts and worked at keeping a healthy food schedule. Unfortunately, the past 24 hours have been a big FAIL! This is due to my weird bouts of insomnia and right now I'm working off of 3 hours of sleep.

But all told, I'm starting to feel better. My lower half is feeling, firmer? It's just a little bit of awesome.

Columbia isn't too far away - that's awesome! I am doing Sexy in Six. I started in the Spring and was getting amazing results - then I had to stop due to some family crises. I'm really going to stay committed. I also love bike riding and dancing. I got some dance videos and I am going to use them as extra cardio when I have time along with bike riding.

Our oldest also loved being swaddled. She would break out of it and cry...wouldn't go back to sleep until she was re-swaddled. We ended up using two blankets--pretty much just swaddled her twice. I've heard the ones you can buy with the velcro are good too, but we never used those. I had a friend make me a lightweight large square blanket to use over a more stretchy one underneath. (against our better judgement, we swaddled her until she was 8mos old!!) It was just so much easier to get her to sleep. =)
