About Me:
I really enjoy working out and taking care of myself. I am an organic devotee. In the last year I have taking up horseback riding (dressage), which requires that I develop my core, legs, posture, different than anything I have done before, so I'm kind of thrown off a bit. While the riding has done great things for my physically, I can see that in my quest to develop certain things, I'm missing something.

Thanks so much for your response - this website is great! I love the Cardio Boot Camp video and keep a decent rotation of my videos including cardio, strength, yoga and pilates. I used to workout 4 hours/week but a year ago cut that to 3 hours/week when I started riding about 5 days/week. It was a time factor and the exercise I do get riding since dressage is pretty physical. I was excited to see your new videos and book and ordered them last night on Amazon. I will look forward to receiving them and starting your program. This time of the year it seems like the winter catches up and I need to give my workouts a boost to help firm up, particularly my thighs this year! Thanks so much for setting up this website, it really provides a lot of help along with the DVDs. Thanks! Marilyn

Great to meet you! Yes, you need a lot of core and leg strength. My new 6 Minute QuickBlast Calorie Blast has PIlates and Yoga with some cardio sculpting that will help tone your lower body for cross-training. It's also only 6 Minute chunks if you're pushed for time.
