Que tal? Como andan? Hope you're having a good summer. Just woke up from a nap. Gosh....this sleep deprivation is taking its toll but I still feel great most of the day. How was your trip to San Diego recently?
Thanks for the words of encouragement.....like anything in life, you get the best results when disciplined and consistent. :) I'm so happy to hear that you're getting the results you wanted. I'm hoping to be in the same boat by end of summer.
As for a park recommendation in San Diego, I'm only familiar with those that are in north county as I live just next to Carlsbad. If you'd like to stop on your way to Bonita, it'd be worth checking out the Aviara Community Park in Carlsbad (north San Diego). You would need to take the Poinsettia exit off the 5 freeway and head east. It's a fabulous park for toddlers--there are shaded picnic tables, two large playgrounds, swings, bathrooms and plenty of grass. I just went there with my mom and Conrad. He loved it! Later this summer when you're back down, perhaps we could meet there.

I'm still waiting for baby #2 to make his official appearance. I'm almost at the 40 week mark. I've been on maternity leave for the past week or so. I'll be better about staying in touch in just a few weeks, when ready to get back into shape. Have you had a good summer? Any words of wisdom? Take care.
You're extremely talented. I did explore your websites and it's obvious you have lots of great experience and experience in what you do. My husband grew up doing art, is now in sales, but is perhaps looking to get back into graphic design and/or going back to school to re-ignite his artistic talents. Let's keep chatting, OK? It's great to hear how well you're doing on Tracey's program. I look forward to my own participation later this summer. :)
