- About Me:
- I've lived in California all my life, so I have no excuse not to take advantage of the wonderful weather by exercising outdoors all year round. I have such a busy lifestyle which can be quite stressfull at times. I work full time, go to school part time, and try to run a smooth household with two teenagers. So to underwind, I enjoy nature walks and reading a good book on a lazy afternoon. After being diagnosed with cervical cancer 2 years ago, I started taking my health much more seriously. I have a solid support system to help motivate me to reach my fitness goals. My family and friends keep me focused! I am so thankful for my new attitude about health and fitness.

- Walking, strength training, pilates, swimming and dancing

- 4-5 times per week
