Wow...where to start. Currently overworked, overstressed, overtired and therefore overweight. Danced when I was younger and never appreciated the figure I had...now I want it back!!! As a single mum I find I have to exercise at home and get up early to beat my son to the TV.

YAH for new challenge!

Okay, I was truly pathetic in the last challenge. Got sick and was left with no energy whatsoever. But I'm finding my way on track and have great motivation this time. I'm planning a four day tramping trip in January so HAVE to get fit and healthy...with the bonus of losing a few kilos in the process. I'm all over it this time round!!!!!

Off to a determined start

Well, I'm out to lose about 7kgs (think that's about 14lbs??). Have been saying for the last year my clothes are too tight, but after a very stressful 2008 I gained, rather than lost, weight. Combine that with always being tired and feeling very unfit compared to my previous fit self and it's DEFINITELY time for a change.
