Does anyone have any suggestions for easy recipes that are quick to prepare or can be frozen for convenience?

About Me:
I am very happily married and have been for three years. I love to cook! I'm not always the best but still enjoy it so much! I spend a lot of my extra time looking at recipes in cookbooks (that for some reason I keep buying) and online. I love to travel! I just finished school with my associates degree in Early Childhood Education. One day I will use it :) My husband is in the Army so life can get interesting! :)

It was nice to receive your comment on my page! So you used to live in Washington huh? Yeah Washington and Oregon are a lot alike. So since your husband is in the army you must have to move around a lot or do you? So you workout six days a week just like I do. I typically do an hour long workout give or take. I like Taebo a lot because it is a great total body workout. I actually have not done Tracey's dvds yet, but I have ordered a couple and her new book, and I'm excited to try them. I would have to say what keeps me motivated to workout is the way it makes me feel when I am done-energized, strong, and refreshed! Also, I get crabby when I don't get a workout in, because I'm so used to doing it 6 times a week and my body craves it. It keeps me grounded. How do you feel about exercise? Do you also get crabby if you don't workout?

Hi kdarling,
It is little better, what helps me is to go pedaling on stationary bike and then shower and go right to bed. But this ideal is not every day. but the exercise really help. I eat much less at night than I used to. I just noticed you live in NY. Me too. I live in Rockland County

Glad you're making yourself at home! Yes, your husbands nutrition is just as important as yours especially now as you're wanting to get pregnant. It takes two to make a healthy baby and it doesn't just stop there because as the baby grows up they will follow the parents example for food choices. Do you place veggies in stir fry's or pasta sauces so he's eating veggies in a sauce? Maybe if you marinate them in sauces he will be more likely to eat them. I hope he's taking a good mulit vitamin everday because he needs it!! Good Luck!
