About Me:

I'm a stay-at-home mom for the past 5+ years. In January 2010 I found a fitness method that I absolutely fell in love with...barre! I'm just as in love with it today as I was back then and it's just as challenging, if not more so. I feel so strongly about it that i decided to become certified to teach it in 2011 and have thoroughly enjoyed every second of my new fitness journey.
