I've been making alot of this:
1 : First I cook the Whole Wheat CousCous.
2 : Next I chop Cilantro, Chives, Mimi Pearl Tomatoes, Persian Cucumbers, and Garlic.
3 : Then I squeeze the juice from one lime and a touch of olive oil, cyan pepper, and cumin stir this together, pour over the couscous and veggies.
I serve it at room temperature and make it a complete meal of it, I make a small lettuce salad and top if off with warm, seasoned and sauteed extra firm… Continue
