About Me:
I am a 31 year old mother of 4 children – 3 boys and 1 girl, happily married and co-business owner in Aflac Insurance sales with my husband. I am an "xxxxx-olic" is almost everything I do – workaholic, momaholic, wifeaholic and a bit of a perfectionist/overachiever. Looking to finally take this year to take care of myself, get healthily and fit. Shed my baby fat and get ready for another baby.
What is your favorite type of exercise?
It has been a long time -- I will let you know. Still working on that one.
How often do you workout?
None until now -- Goal is 5x per week, and at least 10,000 steps a day.
What is your favorite food?
Fresh bread, cheese and a good glass of wine.

Week 7 at a Close -- Where am I...Back in the Saddle Again...

Week 2 starting off with a blast...

This week is going to be little tough but I am equal to the task. I have no help this week, have to still work full time, be room mom and to fit my workouts everyday with four kids at my feet.

So this morning I could not wake up early just to tired from working with by husband until late. Week 1 Summary...

Week Summary: 5 lbs lost, 6 Great Workouts, 7 parking spots further from the store then I used to park dragging 4 kids behind, 7 protein shakes, 7 Luna bars, 7 large salads, tons of carrots to snack on, 224 oz of water, 1 piece of cake and 1 In n Out Burger …etc.

Kicking Off 4/14/08...

Another workout down...feeling great! Definitely seeing improvement today from my first workouts. Starting to be able to get through it without stopping and feel a little more with it. Today I was able to do the Warm up, Total Body Blast A, B & C, Abs Blast and Mind Body Blast A & B. Had my protein shake when I got home and now feel engerized to do some good work today.

Here we go...

This weekend I finished reading Tracey's Book cover to cover. I have completely fiqured out the diet. I have my food logs and menu fiqured out for the week. I did all my shopping and am now ready to go. I am headed off to bed at 12:00 AM which is early for me on a Sunday night. Getting ready for tomorrow workout and new day. So excited!!!
