Sexy in 6 Challenge here I come....

Well, its the night before our big start and my Sexy in 6 book is still MIA (I'm blaming the postal service on this one.....hopefully it will show up tomorrow!!) and am not exactly sure what order I need to do the workouts in, so I'm just going to start with the cardio blast. I'd have to guess that my body type is a pear (but I'll have to verify that as soon as the book arrives) since the first place I gain is on my tummy, hips and thighs. My measurements are as follows:

Where has the time gone???

Its been way too long since I've been on here........I'm not sure where the time has gone, but I hope to get back blogging on a regular basis - to not only keep me on my toes, but to help motivate me to keep at things on a daily basis. It been such a privledge for me to be apart of the BABC ~ I am so proud of all the other moms! You've all done such a fabulous job! Still truggin' along....

Well the past few weeks haven't been as nearly as productive as I would have liked, but that's bound to happen when "life happens", right? I am trying to get myself back 'on the horse' to where I was working out every day....good thing is that I've basically maintained what I've accomplished so far, and that is encouraging! A slight set back....

My family has been fighting the sickies since the 4th of July weekend.....and it hit me hard this past week! So much so that today was the first time I've worked out in ten days.....yikes! I want to hit my weight goal by next Sunday, since we have a family photo, but I'm not sure how likely it is to loose 5 pounds between now and then. Hopefully, this sick bug has finally run its course and left!

Grr....Sizing Charts!

I know this shouldn't irriate me this much, but I was jumping thru the Victoria's Secret website this morning looking at the sales on their "career clothing" when I hit the link to their sizing chart. IF I did end up buying those on sale Marisa style pants, just what size should I buy? I seem to be a pretty solid size 6 right now (which I'm loving thanks to Tracey!). Muscle confusion is a fancy word for cross training. If you were to do the same workout all the time forever then your body gets used to it and you get bored. This results in the workouts being less effective. I truly believe in cross training that's why I mix it up. If you want to do another similar type of workout go ahead. You can do the BootCamp in replace of the Calorie blast for a change. Hope this answers your question!
