Week 2 progress

When I weighed myself on Saturday, i was down 2 lbs and 2 inches (Weight: 128lbs, Waist: 31.5). However, when I measured my waist yesterday evening, my waist was back to 33". So I am guessing that there was some water retention going on. I am still kinda bummed though! Oh well, look at the right side, I was walking home yesterday and I felt my stomach muscles - it was a great feeling. Week 1 - Day 3

Well, so far so good....with the exercises. I am totally getting hooked on this whole body training concept. They make me sweat like crazy and I actually feel a buzz all day from doing them. Amazing!!!

The food part is a bit more tricky. I am definitely having a discipline issue with the planning ahead/cooking thing so I bought a whole bunch of low cal/low fat frozen dinners and lots of veggies.
