I have been on this mission (or started my own anyway) about 4 weeks ago, and I have consistently lost about 1 pound a week. I have been eating breakfast (at least cereal/yogurt), a healthy lunch at work, and a good supper every week day, then steer a bit on the weekends (you have to fill some cravings some time!) and it seems to be working great.
