Got your message sorry for the delay.
Renew You series which inclusdes Sleek and Lean has been reformated into the Dancers Legs and Rock Hard Abs. If I were you I would go onto my site and get Sleek and Lean as I have a few left at a discounted price. Some of the exercises are similar to Boty Barre. I also have a new video Lose the Belly Flab which has great addominal sections and one 10 minute section that is also like the Booty Barre.
As far as placing these into the rotation I would add these to the days you do cardio. Does that make sense?
