Week 3 has gone really well. Did a bit more tweaking but otherwise am still doing well :). I think my stomach is starting to respond a bit to the ab work...and can feel the thighs not rubbing. Still a ways to go...but I'm getting there :)

Good for you! Yoga was new for me too when I started the program - now I can finally understand what my daughter is talking about when she says "warrior 3" (she has a Yoga class in kindergarten - would you believe it?).

Yeah!! Yoga is so good for your body to lengthen out the mucles so your workout is balanced.

I've been working out off and on seriously for the last 11 years. I did lose 75 pounds 10 years ago but let life get in the way and the weight came back. But I'm determined to get where I was and even better by the time I turn 40 in January 2010.

Week 3

Week 1 Down, Onto Week 2

Well week 1 went pretty well, I didn't get up as I had hoped in the AM but still got my workouts in :).

I've never been a big yoga person which is odd because many of the stretches/poses I've done in conditioning for dance and gymnastics. But I can handle it in the short segments.

I'll probably keep the same format over the next few weeks with the extras.

Sexy in 6 Day 2

Going strong. With my past history making it 2 days in a row would be a miracle :).

On Monday I did TBB and Abs. I didn't get a chance to do the extra cardio I planned but there's plenty of time to make that up.

On Tuesday I did LBB, Abs and Lower Body Burn.

I love these workouts, so much fun! You really do a lot in those 6 minutes! I look forward to the rest of the week and next 5 weeks!

Sexy in 6 Round 1

Well I'll be starting my first SI6 rotation tomorrow. I bought the 4 pack so I plan on adding some of those workouts as well as some extra cardio.

I'll probably split my day trying to get the Quick Blast workouts in the AM and then the extras in the evening.

I took my pictures today and updated my numbers. I'm not looking for a particular number on the scale, just looking at how my clothes fit and how I look.

I'll try to update daily but at least weekly. Look forward to seeing what the next 6… Continue

My Goals

I'm planning on starting my Sexy in 6 on March 6th, my videos and book have been shipped so they should arrive in the next few days. I'm a "have to start at the beginning of the week" type person.

I've been reading some testimonials from others and look forward to starting the Si6!

My goals for weight loss is to aim for 20 pounds, I'm not sure about inches. Once I do my measurements I might be able to gauge but I never know if what I say is truly right.

Today I did Total Body B and C after Pure Barre. OMG my legs were toasty. I can'the believe how much Tracey can pack into 6 minutes.

Hola Sandie! I really like the fact that these are fast! I am incorporating it (via the book and DVDs although I need to figure out how to add all of the them from the 4 pack) into my current Barre work with some kettlebell swings here and there ;) Hope all is well.
