About Me:
I have always been pretty fit and love to exercise, since having my kids I am 20 pounds heavier than I usually am and cannot seem to have the willpower anymore to eat well and exercise. I just don't know what to do to get on a roll. My husband hasn't been to much of a help either. I try to do my workouts during the day, but it is hard with the little ones, since they do not nap at the same time and my 1 year old always wants to be held.

Cardiokick boxing
How often do you workout?
4 times a week

Mexican and pizza

I reccomend watching your portions if you follow the Sexy in 6 food plan you will need more calories until you finish breast feeding. You need at least 1800 calories to safely lose milk and keep milk production.
Before cutting calories I would just concentrate on eating plenty of veggies, eat every three hours, don't skip breakfast and keep being active. I believe you can lose another five pounds then you will probably have to wait until you finish breast feeding to completely lose all the weight. Do you do the QuickBlast videos? If so how often?

Yes, when you're breast feeding it is very common to hold on to an extra five pounds in order for your body to make milk. How much weight do you need to lose to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight?
