Yes, I have that workout. I'm not a morning person so there's no way I could work out then!! Other than maybe a stretching or yoga DVD on a Sunday morning!

Great, I have never quite cracked the collage women. Maybe these video's I will eventually bring them on to my team. I am producing more video's next month especially for Moms and one of them is an Abs video :)
At this morning's weigh in I weighed 176.5. That's 49.5 lbs lost since I had my third son. Amazingly excited about that! Still a ways to goal, but moving in the right direction.
