Hi there,
Welcome, I just got back from Rancho Mirage. We stayed at Ranco Las Palmas and loved it!! They have a great pool with slides for the kids and the weather was amazing. What a great place to live!

Food Journal Tuesday 1/20/09

Breakfast: Chocolate Whey Protein Shake, 2 Egg Whites cooked in Pam and 1 slice of Whole Grain Whole Wheat Bread
Lunch: 1 cup of Progresso's Light Italian Vegetable Soup and Medium Green Salad with Chopped Green Pepper and Cucumber. Ken's Aged Romano Dressing
Dinner: Large Greek Salad and Mozzarella Marinara. Large Iced Tea.
Workout: I met with my PT and we did 20 minutes of Cardio then 40 minutes of Core and Upper Body Weight Work.

Food Journal Monday 1/19/09

Breakfast: Venti Iced Fat Free Latte and a small Gala Apple (not enough I know but I wasn't hungry)
Lunch: Tuna Salad made with Albacore Tuna in Water, Chopped Green Pepper, Chopped Celery and Chopped Sweet Pickle with 1 Tbspn Lite Mayo. 1 Serving of Tostitos Scoops and 1 Serving of Chunky Salsa. 16 oz Water. It felt weird eating the tuna salad without the bread but I need to watch my carb intake.

Boy am I excited about starting this...

I plan on posting my weight and measurements on Monday morning. I'll have to have my son take the pictures as my husband is out of town for 3 weeks on business.

I have 15 pounds to lose until I am at my goal weight.

My main goals are:
Low Fat/Clean Eating Diet
Significantly reduce my refined carb intake
No carbs at all after 5pm (no potatoes rice, pasta etc...)
Tone and Shape my Upper Body and my Core
