About Me:

I am a homeschooling mom of four (soon to be five) wonderful children. Besides my family, my passion has always been in fitness and nutrition. For the last 2 1/2 years I have started eating an all/mostly raw diet and feel amazing. I love it so much that I now teach and certify people to be raw food chefs and instructors.

What is your favorite type of exercise?

Cardio by far. I love to do all kinds of exercise though.

How often do you workout?

Usually 5-6 times per week.

What is your favorite food?

Just about any kind of fruit and potatoes fixed just about any way.
