I love, love, love the workouts! The first week I added in extra cardio. Last week there wasn't time for the extra cardio and this week it is looking the same. Next week has less commitments so should be better. I am keeping up with Tracey's DVD's. Eating is my downfall although I am mindful of what I am eating and that's big for me.
