Why don't you make up a smoothies with fruit, whey protein and low fat milk? If you don't have time try Lara Bars they're made of whole foods and really fill you up on the go. You can buy them at most grocery stores now and even costco.

I would at least take a day off for abs and arms. Your body needs a tleast one day a week to recover and repair otherwise you will just be working against yourself. Good luck :)

i am just a mom trying to be comfortable in this body. i really want to be comfy in front of my hubby naked. my wanting and doing seem to have 2 different ideas. we want to have another baby and i want to get in shape before getting prego and keep it up during and after. i just want to be at a point where my thoughts aren't consumed with how gross my body has become.
i am saved by God's grace and love my Lord. i love being a wife and mom. i love my hubby and dd's and can't imagine life without them.
