sarahs 6 week challenge 18/2/09

well my chest infection relapsed and I ended up on a course of antibiotics and have only started to feel 100% in last couple of days but im back on track today and did 30 mins of the dvd for the first time in 2 weeks so unfortunatly I am two weeks behind on my plan!! oh no!! but im determined to get back into it as I was really enjoying it before I became unwell.

sarahs 6 week challenge 4/2/09

Well ive been quiet on here because I have been poorly with a chest infection - boo!! so I havent done any exersise since friday !! feeling better today so may get back into it this evening , weight on monday was 159 lbs so only lost 1 lb but although I have been exersising loads before I was ill I havent really been following the food plan 100% My main problem is starchy carbs I think I need to retrain myself as protein does not seem to fill me up as much. sarahs 6 week challenge 27/1/09

had good couple of days did 7 blasts yesterday and 40 mins on my x trainer had loads of energy! today I did 5 blasts before work. My new dvd came today - now I have the blue one as well as the pink one so cant wait to try it!

sarahs 6 week challenge 25/1/9

well had a good day food wise yesterday until about 10pm and was really hungry had eaten all my food for the day, had terrible PMT and didnt fancy any more veggies so I had a cheese sandwich followed by a chocolate muffin - oh dear!! I then felt terrible for my lack of willpower, however I am hoping to make up for it today by being super healthy foodwise and I did a hard 40 minute run this morning to hopefully balance it out, im going to do some upper body blasts in a few minutes I was just on h… Continue

sarahs 6 week challenge 23/1/09

Did 5 blasts this morning before work, really has to force myself to get up early today as feeling tired from early mornings all week, although 10 minutes into the dvd I felt wide awake and glad I made the effort. Only had one glass of wine this evening which is good for me because on fridays and sat evenings I usually share a bottle with my husband. Hopefully all this hard work is paying off!!
