Did a truck hit me last night?
Because that is what it feels like.. LOL. I did the first workout for the pear rotation and I am feeling incredible DOMS today. I haven't had that feeling in ages. I followed up the workout with a Leslie Sansone 3-mile workout. I have a lot of body fat to lose so I am doing a lot of extra cardio which will include building up my running again.
