Having a baby is the best thing to ever happen to a woman. I love my children but I didn't like being out of shape. Yes, I know lots of women hate keeping a food log, but trust me, it works.Studies have found it to be effective, and it’s the only way you can be honest with yourself. We all under estimate the power of walking and if you're anything like us in California we seem to do anything but walk even if the destination is less than a mile away.
