It's been a TOUGH week! First I got sick with a sinus infection, then Angelina got sick with a cold that went into her chest. So we ended up having to go to the hospital on Thursday afternoon, my poor baby was wheezing and had a temperature of 102 degrees. I love her pediatrician but I really don't like the staff there! They were unable to accommodate us to see her doctor even when she was not well and needed to be seen right away. So off to the hospital we went. They treated her and sent us back home after a few hours. Needless to say, I was exhausted and hardly got any sleep that night or the following couple of nights for that matter. So it was really hard to keep up with the program. I tried my best to watch what I was eating and tried to stay within what was allowed.
Even with that, I have lost a few inches around my waist and chest. It looks like that's where I carry most of my weight. My hips haven't really changed from the last time I measured them. I have to go back and check again and see if I misread the numbers (easy to happen when you've only had a few hours of sleep). Angelina is doing much better today finally... she's able to breath without wheezing and that makes both my husband and I feel much, much better!
So today I made an effort to workout while my hubby watched Angelina. She thought I was clowning around and was laughing really hard watching me work out... so of course I got goofier and goofier... anything to make her giggle!
Now that I've worked out I really feel much better! Amazing what a little workout can do!
