... A very good place to start
Ahh, the faithful singing lyrics of Julie Andrews and the Sound of Music!Well this is where I am. I've been making a tracking log to prepare for this. First step, is to read the book. I've already watched some of the DVD and am excited to get started. I'll be hunting up more of the DVD's as I get the cash to and start doing a full workout!
I'm super excited about this and have committed myself to this endeavor. I have written up a non-negotiable contract! Tracey is the LAW! LOL. Life as I know it has been changed forever. I have a vacation to California coming up in 10 weeks so that's plenty of time to get myself fit to look hot to go visit my friends and have fun in the California Sun!
I'm glad I happened upon this book in the bookstore while checking out the hot guy in the isle. Yes, that is how I happened upon Tracey's book and it just makes me laugh. LOL. I was initially looking at more work out DVD's and fun stuff like that and man on man... I just had to hop around to the other side to see the hottie over there. He ignore me and I found Tracey's book and that is when I realized that this is the book for me. I tried reading and even got the Abs Diet for Women as a gift, but LORDIE the information in that book is way to overwhelming. Too much so for me to get anything but confusion out of it... so I just decided to say forget it... and not work out or do anything other than mildly eating well and indulging myself in whatever I wanted. Coffee, cakes, cookies, chocolate, etc... wow... all those start in C. Ha ha ha. I am super happy about the eating and exercise plans that Tracey put together, simple easy, and straight forward. Life should be good. I'm even going to try to save some cash, by meal planning and buying just what I need. Here's to a new beginning.
I'm super excited and I hope you enjoy my journey. Oh and wish me luck on waking up early and exercising before work.
