Okay... so it has been a STRESSFUL last couple of weeks. Let's just say I've taken a little vacay from the challenge. I had family come to town and we did tons of shopping and eating and Disneyland! And I found out that after 25 years of living in So Cal, I have to LEAVE!!! :( My husbands job is relocating us to Seattle and we have to be up there by the first week of JULY!! I'm still soaking it all in. July is literally right around the corner. So I've been so stressed about packing and moving I've taken a little break from the challenge. I guess it's good cuz now I'm roaring to get back on track!!!!!! I'm still not at my goal and I've already gotten so far. "I think I can... I think I can... I think I can" I've decided that I'm gonna channel all this stress into working out. I know I have alot of stuff to get done but I'm not gonna sit on my butt and sulk about leaving sunny LA. Gotta be outdoors and get my running in!!!
The nice thing is that I haven't gained any weight while on my little vacation. I've maintained what I had since my last results. phew!
