I completed phase 1 circuits again today. I worked hard this time, too--used weights and put more effort into it. I felt it! I was a sweaty mess afterward! And I accomplished this with sick kids so that's amazing. Of course ,my hubby is home today so that gave me some peace of mind.
Also, and this is HUGE, I gave up pop. I read what Tracey said about it somewhere on this site in an answer to someone's question. I just knew it was time to stop because it's so many calories (not a fan of diet) and it's not "real food" and it had such a hold on me!! So, this is day 2. I have done really well--hardly a craving. I am drinking water but also some Crystal Light just to give me something else for my taste buds.
I hope I see a change on the scale this week but at least I know I have made some good changes.
