So that bit of exercise I did yesterday made an impact. I am feeling it today--good pain. :) My arms hurt from supporting myself, my butt/thighs hurt from the exercises... I just have felt it as I did stairs today for my laundry. I have not exercised today and I feel I probably could squeeze it in now but I am feeling wiped. I have a goal for tomorrow, though. I am home until 3:30 so I plan on exercising during my baby's 1st nap. That still gives me time to be productive w/the housework and be w/the kids. I can do it!
