Well, its the night before our big start and my Sexy in 6 book is still MIA (I'm blaming the postal service on this one.....hopefully it will show up tomorrow!!) and am not exactly sure what order I need to do the workouts in, so I'm just going to start with the cardio blast. I'd have to guess that my body type is a pear (but I'll have to verify that as soon as the book arrives) since the first place I gain is on my tummy, hips and thighs. My measurements are as follows:
Waist: 28.5
Belly Button: 33.5
Hips: 36.75
Chest: 35.5
R Arm: 10.5
L Arm: 11.25
R Thigh: 23
L Thigh: 23.75
