I was tired..just tired of the extra weight I had put on after pregnancy. I was tired of seeing pictures of myself and remembering how thin I used to be. So I started going to the gym late last year. The gym has helped a bit with energy and confidence, but it just wasn't targeting the areas that had really taken the brute of the weight. I went through some old pages of workouts I had saved and came upon a 2007 issue of Tracey Mallet's post baby workout. I have been doing it since late January and up to this point so I would say almost 4 weeks. I've been more dedicated though the beginning of this month. I've seen more improvements than the whole 4 months at the gym. I'm absolutely amazed!!! I will also soon be purchasing the workout dvds. I have a bad back and very little time but I'm able to do these workouts in the comfort of my own home and still be available to my child. I love it! I haven't worn a skirt since 2006 and because of Tracey Mallet I will within the week. I'm so happy and excited for future progress.
