After I posted that last blog, I realized I could squeeze some workout time in right now. I got through Phase 1 Abs and most of Phase 1 Butt on the Lose the Belly Flab video before baby woke up. It was killer for me but I am glad I did it. I am feeling it now--and really would like a rest now! :)
I really appreciated Tracey's encouragement on that video--as a mom 7 weeks postpartum, I felt like her words were what I needed to hear and made me feel better about my performance!
